I am a massage therapist, and I have always appreciated the Liquid Mind CD's for their remarkable ability to enhance the hands-on work I do with my clients. UNITY is no exception - in fact, it rates as a standout in an already outstanding group.

It is a pleasure to watch UNITY work its magic on my stressed-out clients, gently lulling them into a state of deep relaxation that helps them accept the full benefits of the bodywork I offer. And the client isn't the only one enjoying the music! The effect on me is nearly hypnotic, yet energizing. I find that this CD helps me tune in and immerse myself in the healing work. I can't recommend it highly enough!

The CD actually has a similar warning printed on the cover - and for good reason. I have found nothing better to help me to wind down from a stressful day and fall asleep. For the first 3 months, I never consciously heard more than about 10 minutes of the first track. I decided I would have start with alternate tracks if I was ever going to hear them.
