we purchased this item last year on its SECOND use it tore in several places and is completely unuseable total rubbish we purchased from outdoor toys uk and have sent several emails but no reply DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

The slide has delaminated. We had it repaired once, and it lasted an hour before it came apart in other places. This piece of junk is headed for the landfill. Too bad; the grandkids had fun while it worked, but we expected it to last longer. This one came from Costco.
