This is the PERFECT product to caulk rubber RV roofs.
Buzz
Because there was a threat of rain the next day I applied the liquid roof in one day.

With just a clean membrane, this product cost much less not needing any primer, etc.

This appears to be a great product. I won't know for sure until my travel trailer goes through a few seasons but my first impressions are excellent. It is really messy to work with but you can clean up with paint thinner pretty easily. I worked out of 1 gallon cans of the product. I prepared the rv roof first be repairing any pre-existing damage and making sure all the existing caulking around vents, etc. was in good shape. Any loose caulking was replaced with dicor brand epdm lap caulking. Note: only use product certified for epdm rubber on a epdm roof or you could end up replacing the entire roof material. I then pressure washed the roof and let it dry. Then I prepped my first gallon of liquid roof and covered all areas that I could not roll easily. After that I combined 3 gallons into a 5 gal bucket and mixed. I rolled the coating with a 1/4" nap roller and applied it as thick as I could with the roller. The finished roof looks great and I'm pretty sure it will last for years. I highly recommend it.

9/16/2013: Update ... RV roof still looks great! No sign of cracking or peeling. Still no leaks! I highly recommend the product.

Amazon.com was the most affordable price I could find on a RV specific EPDM roof coating. All other brands out there are much more pricey or are not legitimately compatible with an EPDM rubber roof. The product came with a bottle of catalyst which must be added to the paint and stirred thoroughly before using. It recommends using a drill with paint mixer to make sure its mixed thoroughly. Follow the indicated application instructions, or research on internet ([...] Scrape any flaking of previous coating. Scrub roof surface thoroughly with deck brush and bleach/water/powder detergent mixture, rinse with water, and allow to air dry. Patch any rips/tears/holes in rubber with Eternabond tape (this stuff is awesome!). Touch up sealant around vents, skylights, antennas, and molding with Dicor Lap Sealant (self-leveling for flat surfaces and non-leveling for edges). Check weather for appropriate temperature and at least 2 days without moisture (dew, rain). Mix paint and paint roof edges and around all fixtures with 2inch brush. Then starting at the front of RV, dump paint on surface, quickly spread evenly with squeegee (so fast!), and roll out with paint roller. Keep working back and finish at the ladder. Allow to dry & cure for 2 days. 2 cans was plenty for one coat on a 27ftx8ft RV. Maintain surface by cleaning annually with bleach/water/detergent (do not use deck brush) and checking for rips/tears/holes. Reapply coating every 5 years. Only negative for me was darn bugs landing on it when it was wet and now I have bug "fossils".

I have purchased a couple of RV's now, and both have been sealed incorrectly with stuff like silicone or water based calk and they NEVER LAST, and will ALWAYS LEAK after a while.
You need to do it right with a product like this.
The one gallon size is perfect for sealing top to side seam and around vents.
The four gallon size is for sealing a complete roof or major sections of the RV roof.
Try to use this product within a year, or it could start to separate and you get a clear rubbery top coat over the white stuff.
The product is a bit hard to use, as it is really thick, and a stiff brush or metal spreader is about the only way you can apply it.
Once the area to be sealed is properly cleaned, this product will last for as long as you have the RV.
You can forget the mineral spirits, or lacquer thinner, or enamel thinner for cleanup, as this is
just one of those products (like Asphalt roofing adhesives) that is best cleaned with good old
gasoline.

Good stuff! My class C RV has a perfectly flat roof, and was just beginning to get a little spotty here and there. For prevention I applied Liquid Roof, which claims a 10 year plus life. Just follow the instructions. Rolling it after squeegee application is suggested, but I found using a hand squeegee worked for me. Have some gasoline around for clean up, this stuff is like liquid Velcro! Bubbling is not unusual as you apply, and after application. The company tells you in their literature "don't panic", the curing process will vary according to where you live; the warmer the better in respect to speed of curing. Still, I was concerned, and got reassurance from the tech rep to just give it time, and the bubbles will slowly dissipate--they did. I live in WA state, so it took a while. Bottom Line: it turned out great. Nice, shiny finish, easy to keep clean just by hosing it off now and then. It took me less than two hours on an eighty degree day to hand-squeegee about 180 sq. ft. Highly recommended!

This product is great. The last time I resurfaced my RV ruber roof, I used Kool Seal. This product is much smoother so it doesn't get dirt stuck in cracks that is impossible to clean. Went on easy after I followed the instructions. Pour some out and use a squeegie to spread, then use a smoothe roller to smoothe out. This stuff is thick so using a roller only will not work. I would definitely use this product again.

I got much more coverage than 42' I finished a 28.5' 5th whl with 2 gallons. With just a clean membrane, this product cost much less not needing any primer, etc.
