Absorption rate is good,

Trace minerals makes a fine product, including this one with 98% absorption rate. Like all liquid vitamins, there is some after taste, but nothing major. It improved my health and that's what counts. Note: I searched, but could not fine the ingredient arsenic on the list.

Excellent product. Smells just like vitamin B, flavored with orange/mango. :-) In an equal parts mix with water, the taste is mild and smooth. I started feeling more energetic and less foggy within a few days. I'll buy it again!

wasted my money! this product gave me a bitter taste in my mouth, made me dizzy, nautious churning feeling in my stomach, and sleepy. I stopped taking it when I found out it contains arsenic. (read the fine print on the bottle) Its pretty gross stuff, save your money!
