Once again, Emily Downs fails to grasp even basic English grammar. Just from the opening paragraphs in the product description, you can see that the author clearly does not know how to write a sentence. The story is riddled with run-on sentences, improper punctuation and incomplete sentences.

From the product description:
Mr. Arrow is on the other end of Emily's phone, his words seem to dance between bouts of laughter, Lisa has to remind herself not to frown, she rubs the back of her hand against her forehead, brushing away the lopsided bangs and the imaginary wrinkles.

The story itself seems to ramble and not make any sense. If there is a plot to the story, it is not readily apparent.

This book is not recommended.

ETA: This could be considered a very short story, not a book. There are only 272 locations.

The author is very antagonistic. She asks for comments regarding her work, and then attacks the reviewers. Completely unprofessional.

I mistakenly purchased the book instead of downloading the sample. Since I had the entire book, I thought I'd go ahead and read it. It didn't take long, maybe 10-15 minutes because there are only 272 locations. There are several misspellings (although maybe the mother is supposed to smell like channel.. Maybe the English Channel?)

They need to make moves, the story has the countries attention. (how many countries?)

If there were only a few grammatical errors, they would be easily overlooked. It is full of run-on sentences, sentence fragments and improper punctuation. The author clearly needs to edit her work prior to submitting it.

The story itself is disjointed and confusing. It is told in multiple POV's and is very difficult to follow. As for the characters, you never really discover much out about any of them because there is virtually no character development.

This very short book is not well written, has run-on sentences, mispelling and the plot is not readily apparent. It wanders all over the place and I really couldn't tell where it was trying to go.

The characters weren't developed at all, so you never even had a chance to understand them or get to know them.

Other than the mispelling, punctuation errors and the run-on sentences, this book is nicely formatted for the Kindle.
