Lisa's favourite Cookbooks and kitchen tools

A Listmania! list by Sugarsweet1974 (Canada)
The list author says: "Hello everybody,
My name is Lisa and I absolutely love to cook. Although I have had no professional training, I am always open to trying new things and ideas. I have travelled to Italy 3x over the past year and taken cooking classes...I am addicted! I am always on the hunt for good AUTHENTIC ethnic cookbooks, whether they be Italian, Greek, Caribbean etc. I also have purchased many different tools while in Italy...a ravioli stamp, different pasta cutters, ravioli cutters that seal and crimp, ravioli pins, measuring cups in grams for different ingredients etc. Any ideas you can share would be wonderful, and I will also do the same!!"
