I needed the bit to replace the front brake pads on a 1999 GMC Sierra. Worked great, and Amazon's price was cheaper than craftsman product from Sears.

As of Oct 2008 when this was written, it's one of the few remaining USA made tool brands, and the price is right. Hopefully the item title will be corrected by the time you see this- it is a 3/8" drive not 1/2". Can't tell if it's cro-moly. It's labeled "Heat treated alloy steel." If you have a modern jeep, add it to your toolbox. Jeep went crazy for Torx a few years back. A phone call to Lisle confirmed lifetime warranty.
