I drill out a ton of spot welds on an old car, and I love this tool. I don't know how I ever got by without it. I have beat it repeatedly and pried with it, and it still works great. I would definitely buy this again!

Works great, i beat the crap out of it and it just keeps cutting. It will cut/separate small spot welds but it works best if you drill the weld first.

A must have for separating spot welds. Using it to install floor pans and quarter panels on a classic Mustang and it works perfectly.

This busted through some tough spot welds like they were nothing. I can't believe I've gone as long as I have doing bodywork without this. It's still sharp even after the thorough beating I gave it, but that's what happens when you make a quality product in the USA.

Works pretty well. Have used chisels in past and this is thinner and easier to get into the area between the metal sheets. Had to sharpen it a bit to get the effect I wanted but it really does help breaking the sheets apart after the welds have ben drilled.

I purchased based on reviews, it tore metal at spot welds and left me holes to weld. i thought it would cut the welds but did not.i guess if you didn't have access to air compressor and an air chisel than it would be a last resort.
