I used to use the palm of my hand to pack wheel bearings on my Trailers. As I've gotten older, my hands start to ache - so I found and bought this.
Of course, got the usual Amazon great service, fast delivery, no damage. It's simple to use, simple to clean, and works great - no voids, no missed spots - will repack a bearing in nothing flat - just put the bearing in the middle (either side up) connect it to a grease gun (manual, air - doesn't matter) squirt until fresh grease comes out of the bearing, and you're done! I use the extra grease in the middle during the repack itself - so no waste! Of course - always use new wheel seals - don't be too cheap - it's worth it in the long run!

I first saw this tool used at a friends shop. Once I saw how good it packed bearings without much mess, it was a no brainer, I had to have one!
If you deal in volume, i.e. a shop or do a lot of work for friends etc, this is a must have as far as cutting back on time consumption. And hey, it's another tool! A real gearhead can never have enough tools! Oh yeah, it's made in America.
