Absolutely terrible and embarrassing,

Do you enjoy a harsh sounding man shouting at you that "you WILL lose 5 to 10 pounds?" He repeats this phrase several times and then tells you that you WILL tell everyone you know about this tape. In total this awful CD lasts about 5 minutes and then it repeats the same content over again. At first when I heard it I was in disbelief and then I played it to friends as a joke. This CD is simply terrible. Please do not waste your money.

This is NOT your typical soothing music type of weight loss reinforcement. It is a strong male voice saying affirmations accompanied by drumbeats. I ordered only Track 14 "I will succeed with my diet" and Track 17 "Success with Diet, Weight Loss and Exercise {version 2]. My teenager thought it was hilarious but guess what - it works and it is contagious! I agree with the previous reviewer that the other tracks kept saying "listen to this tape!" I am grateful that Amazon provides track samples.
