I LOVE this stuff~!! First, I like the taste, the cleaning effects and the sensations going on in my mouth. This stuff really wakes me up in the morning, invigorates my mouth and feels like I'm totally evicting every last germ.
I don't use as much as it calls for in the directions. The reasons are: 1) it's not cheap. 2) This stuff bubbles up as it's working and would likely be coming through my nose by the end of 60 seconds anyhow. Don't be alarmed, it feels like you're actually washing your mouth, suds and all. It works so well that when I'm in a hurry, I just throw some of this in on the way out the door. Even so, my mouth feels clean and I don't feel guilty or have to worry about bad breathe. This stuff is good, trust me, I've tried them all.
If you're looking for an additional step in your routine, look no further. Crest 3D White Multi-Care Whitening Rinse feels like water in comparison. However, if you don't like the alcohol in this, that's your best option. Also, it doesn't say if the Crest is a pre-brush, but doesn't say use after ya brush either. It just says use twice a day. So, I have to assume you can use it either/or both.
Also, the Walmart brand Equate works nearly as well if you're looking for options..... and it's about half the price.
Bottom line: If you like a tingling tongue, foaming action and a real sense of having a totally clean mouth, this is for you. It remind me of those "scrubbing bubbles" commercials.

It worked very well for me infact, I loved the taste of it. Listerine hasn't failed at whitening my teeth yet. It's a good product..It absolutely kills bad breath germs.

It took half bottle to see some result.
It took half bottle just to see some results. I actually like Listrine whittenning strips better. The results are lot faster.

You can save yourself about $6 by buying yourself a bottle of hydrogen peroxide and rinsing with it twice a day. Read more
