I was looking for a mini set of xmas lights for my miniature tree and I thought this would fit great, but as it turns out these are regular sized xmas lights (I wouldn't call this a "miniature Christmas Light set"), it's simply a string of 15 of them. The battery pack is a great feature, since they're not long enough to be connected to any wall plug, especially if you are putting them on a miniature xmas tree on your desk like I am. They were not ideal for my tree, but they do the job ok.

These lightsource battery operated lights are pure junk. They lasted about an hour, them dimmed, then stopped working altogether!!! i changed batteries, they still didnt work. JUNK!!!!

I was excited about these lights (for my desk at work), but was disappointed when they arrived. On first glance, the battery cartridge seemed sloppily put together, and the top was loose. Once I put the batteries in, only half of the string lit properly, the rest of the bulbs remained dark (and the problem did not seem to be a loose bulb). The bulbs that did light were much dimmer than I'd expected, much more so than those on a typical string of white lights that plug into an outlet. I wouldn't recommend these at all. Fortunately Amazon was great about processing a quick return.
