Literary Review is everything you could ask for from the genre: wide-ranging, erudite, clear and fun. It is also about 10% cheaper to subscribe by going directly to their site rather than using Amazon!

I have been reading "The Literary Review" for years--all essays, reviews, letters, bad sex prizes. Since every reviewer (almost every, although I don't remember the exception) writes with such lucidity, enthusiasm, and intelligence, you don't want to pass up a single article, no matter how remote your own interests stand in relation to its subject.
