5.0 out of 5 stars BETTER THAN ANY OTHER GUIDE FOR THE CAY, March 28, 2007
This review is from: Literature Circle Guide: The Cay (Paperback)
I REALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT THIS ONE IS DIVIDED BY CHAPTERS. EACH GROUP OF CHAPTERS HAS MANY INTERESTING ACTIVITIES. IT ALSO GIVES A LOT OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE AUTHOR. THE ONLY THING I WISH IT DID HAVE WAS A MORE EXTENSIVE LIST OF VOCABULARY WORDS. OTHER THAN THAT, I LOVE IT!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Literature Circle Guide: The Cay, October 12, 2005
This review is from: Literature Circle Guide: The Cay (Paperback)
This guide goes above and beyond recall questions. Writing prompts and group discussion guidelines ask students to stretch to higher level thinking about the character development, social issues, and parallels to their own experiences.
