I bought this battery after having dropped my phone in water and having the Verizon store ensure me that the phone was dead and would never work again. However, after realizing that it worked as long as it was plugged into the wall, I took the chance that it might just need another battery. At the time, the Amazon store was out of the LG version of the battery, and the extended life version was a bit more bulky. I bought this version instead and was not disappointed. It fits in my phone perfectly, and works just as well as the original battery did. It holds a charge for about two days with very little use, and I haven't had any problems with it. As it's cheaper than the LG battery as well, I would definitely recommend this as a replacement or backup for any LG VX7000 phone.

Never received the first battery that was ordered. Called and another was shipped without a problem. Still took a while from when it was order to we received the battery because of whatever mix-up happened on the first order.
