I was happy to find this product. If you need this battery for you phone you need to find one or get a new phone. I couldn't believe I found it here not having to run around town hunting one down and it was a great price too. Came quickly and works.

Although the battery ships in a container that looks professional and represent the model number I purchased, what is inside (just like we're always told) is what matters. The product, upon arrival, is not what I purchased, (and paid more to match the battery I was replacing)- it was a common 600 instead of 750mhz model, and as such isn't at all what I wanted. The downside of a free internet, though I feel secure using Amazon, is that this type of huckstering is hard to, and usually not worth the effort to get buyers rights. I do not wish to see the vendor who sold me this, but I would love to get the respect I deserve as a consumer, which is sadly lacking.

I ordered this $20 battery instead of the less-expensive $10.00 alternative because I wanted a battery that performed like the original. I was initially happy when it showed up, because marked right there on the box it said it was a 750 mAh (milliamp-hour) battery. When I went to install it, however, I noticed the battery itself is marked as having a 600 mAh capacity.

I thought maybe the battery was mis-packaged. So I contacted Amazon's customer service via the link on their webpage. That was a month ago, still no reply.

So did I get ripped off? Did they send me the $10 battery in the $20 package? Was it mislabeled? Who knows. Just don't depend on Amazon's customer service to look into an issue like this. They've got their money, and apparently that's all that matters.

I bought this battery for my wifes Siemens phone CF62T phone. Great battery! Exactly as described. This is the battery you want if you own this phone. Goes all day and doesn't run down much at all.

After almost 4 years my original battery had actually become swollen to the point where it was pushing the back cover off the phone! It was also not even holding a day worth of charge.

I bought this battery off of Amazon despite the nay-saying reviews on here about it being the wrong one and the fit not being right. It fit perfectly so no issue there.

There was one discrepancy however, the barcode/label on the box said the battery was rated at 750mAh (a measure of how much energy the battery can store) & I was pleased because this was the rating of the original battery. However the value stamped on the actual battery itself once I opened the box was 600mAh. Meaning it holds 20% less charge than the original battery.

The voltage of the battery (3.7V) is the same, so it powers the phone fine but it doesn't last as long as the original. About 3 days depending on usage as opposed to 4 on the original.

Before I posted this review I even made sure I've gone through a few charge/discharge cycles (new batteries need this before they operate to their full capacity) to validate my claim.

Based on the pricing I found this was OK for the battery to hold less charge. The 750mAh versions were almost twice as much or 1/2 again as much. Not really worth it for 20% more juice. But be aware of the differences so that you can make an educated purchase/decision.

This is the right battery for the CF62T. Some of the other reviews said this battery wasn't the right one and that was indeed confusing but I decided to take a risk-glad it worked!

I just had to respond to the other review because it simply isn't true. You CAN find it a LOWER price elsewhere. I got mine for LESS than a dollar! And the shipping was LESS than five bucks. Also, I agree with the other review that states that the battery is NOT the one you need. The picture IS different from the one for the CF62T. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for the batter AND for a LOWER PRICE!

This is the right battery for the Siemens CF62T (T-Mobile). Yes, the color is different from the original one but it fits perfectly in the phone, and it has good autonomy. I was also hesitant to buy it because of some of the review, but I made the right choice.

The picture as shown on 12-06-2006 IS the Siemens CF62T's correct replacement battery. T-Mobile doesn't sell these batteries anymore. This product is getting old, and batteries for it are getting very hard to come by. Radio Shack just discontinued carrying their replacement for it, and the Kiosk at the Mall I bought my last replacement (at $39.95) doesn't carry any more (at any price) either. I'm buying two, as who knows when this source will disappear too!!
