As a law student attending school and working in a law office, this book has helped me tremendously. I can always find what I am looking for and it gives me answers for my questions. I have yet found anything that wasn't talked about in this book. This is a must have book for all legal students.

Best book for People New to Civ Pro,
By Melissa C Hall (Tallahassee, FL) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Litigating in Federal Court: A Guide to the Rules (Paperback)
The biggest problem I had in civil procedure was understanding the underlying procedure. This book takes you though the decisions that you have to make when filing suit and then brings in the case law and federal rules to show how they work in the process as a whole. This book also has many handy charts that help with complex issues. If your floundering around in civil procedure because your not really sure what your even arguing about this can help. It doesn't waste a lot of words but it gives you the structure you need to understand the issues. |
