Little Adventures Sleeping Beauty Dress, Medium

I have a 3.5 year old daughter who is completely obsessed with all things disney princess so I feel like I'm a princess dress expert! (we own most of them out there) she has recently begun to outgorw/ wear out her orinialy dresses (she recieved as gifts when whe was just todller) so I've been trying to update out collection. We live near Disneyland so she wears a princess dress each time we go and she dresses up nearly everyday at the house. WE own several of the park level dresses, some from the Disney store, some of the Target versions, and some of the older Disny versions before they decided to torture the parents with all the glitter! I decided to try some of the Little Adventures dressed just to see.
When I received the Cinderella dress, I returned it immediately without even trying on my daughter - it just looked really cheap and the colors were a littel off and my mom had just gotten the Disney version at a Disney store sale for $20. That dress looked so much nicer so I thought I wouldn't like any of the Little Adventures dresses.
When this sleeping beauty one came I thought we'd give it a shot - it still didn't look as nice as the more expesive ones, but I though it looked similar to princesses Aurora's actual dress and I like the soft material on the chest and arms. My daughter absolutly fell in love with it!!!
She wears this almost everyday and chooses it over all the other dresses. I thinks she keeps going back to it, becuase it's so much more comfortable than the others and doesn't scratch like they do. It's not very poofy at all, but I think it works with the way the real Sleeping Beauty looks.( whereas with Cinderalla or Belle you might want more poof) It's very long and fits her like a glove in the chest and arms becuase of the stretchy, soft material.
I honestly didn't think I'd like it, but it's been a big hit for us! I can's speak for the other Littel Adventures dresses, but this one is made really well and infact the seams and stitching are much better than the expensive Disney Store dresses.
The only problem is that the dress is a little see-through, (not bad at all) so if we wore it out of the house, I'd probobaly have her wear little leggings underneath. Hope this helps!

Bought this for my 5 year old neice (size large)...she loved it, plenty of room for her to run and play with the outfit on.

My daughter (3 yrs old) requested this for Halloween. She tried it on as soon as the postman delivered it and LOVES it! The skirt is a little thin so she will have to wear tights or leggings under it but I'm sure it will also be a dress-up toy after Halloween is over. Excellent costume for this age!

We got this dress for my three-year-old to wear on Halloween, but it has already become a part of her daily wardrobe rotation. The dress is very cute in person. The fabric is a nice pink with a pretty sheen and the bodice has some stretch to it, which makes it easy to put on/off and adds to the overall comfort. This is our first princess dress so I can't compare the quality, but we are happy with it and my daughter loves the sheer fabric at the shoulders as well as the flower on the front. Perhaps best of all: It really does look like Aurora's dress. Highly recommend.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for our 2 1/2 yr old niece, and she loves it!

I bought this for my Granddaughter..I was very disappointed in the quality..The skirt was way off center..& It looks Way Cheap! Not Happy..

We have a whole dress-up cupboard with Little Adventure costumes. I love the quality, how they wear and how much fun my daughter has with them. The pink dress that looks like a Sleeping Beauty gown has soft satiny skirt skirt and the bodice is a stretchy velvety material that slips over the head, no velcro or buttons to fasten. It has tulle around the neckline, fastened to the dress in a few places, and also around the waistline. It's so comfortable to wear. The Sleeping Beauty costume is one of my daughter's favorites, but I get annoyed with the tulle around the neck. She's always getting her arms caught in it when trying to get it on.

The skirt doesn't puff out on its own, so we got a fullness slip to put under it. My daughter prefers not to use the slip, because it encumbers her running and playing.

I highly recommend Little Adventures costumes, they wash and wear well and are comfortable. If looking for an authentic Sleeping Beauty costume, this isn't it, but if you're looking for good play clothes for pretending, this can't be beat.

Cute dress, got it for Halloween this year for my almost 4 year old. Only beef I have with it is it's a little "flat". There's nothing to it poofy wise. Easy fix is to add one of my daughters multi layered tutu's underneath and stitch a lining of one of her play dress skirt's thats top tore. Outside of all of that it looks cute, as a sewer it's an OK quality, and the weight of the body and sleeves is good for the time of year (Iowa).

My daughter wanted to be a pink princess for Halloween. Since it is cold here for Halloween I wanted to get her something long sleeved. The bottom half is very thin. We put a couple of tutu's under to make it poufy. I hand washed it 3 times since and the puffy part at the waist is fraying (not able to sew it). I did add a few things to dress it up. An iron on crown at the bottom and some sew on jewels which have held up great. For the price I would have expected something more durable though. My daughter loves it and wears it often still. I am sure I will have to replace it soon.

Length is pretty good...very long if anything. But it is very tight around the arms and bodice. I will need to do some kind of altering. Pretty dress though.
