I would have to agree that "Little Bear" is one of the best children's shows on television. However, the recording quality of this tape is awful. It was intentionally recorded in EP/SLP mode to save on tape, and is grainy and has poor sound quality. Too bad, I would have spent an extra dollar to have it in SP mode. I would suggest that others write to Paramount, Nelvana or Nickelodeon to complain as I have.

My kids (2 1/2 and 1) love this video, which presents very sweet themes in a quiet way that still catches their attention. It's great for quieting down before bed. There are 4 short stories, so you can watch just one at a time if you want a short video break.

Little Bear is the best learning experience for small children as he is such a cute and cuddly little fellow and he shows that you learn from your experiences. My 6 year old loves him!

My son is 2 1/2 and he loves to watch Little Bear. I put in a video and he will sit still and watch the whole thing. No other show keeps his attention as much as Little Bear.
