This is a great book! I especially liked the OTCBB graduation chapter and the investing strategies chapter. They give real information about how and when to buy penny stocks and microcaps. The analysis of the stocks towards the back of the book is very detailed. He has basically done most of the due diligence for us. If you trade penny stocks, pink sheet stocks, or microcaps in general, this book is a MUST READ!

It was a neat book. There wasn't a whole lot of strategy. It was more of a warning that you will be speculating if you dabble in these very small capitalization stocks. This book would be better suited in a waiting room or library. Don't waste your money on it. I got through the concepts in an afternoon, and I read slowly.

From day traders to long term investors this book is for you. I have been trading for some time, and I thought I knew everything when it came to investing in penny stocks and microcaps. After reading this book, I realized how little I knew. This book is for everyone, from those just starting to experts investors. I love the shorting section, it really explains how penny stocks get shorted and clears up the myths. The second half of the book is what really solds it for me. The author goes into many unknown stocks that are poised for big gains. The section of the book is called Sectors poised for future profit. This section is awesome. The author really hits the nail on the head and does much of the research for you on these companies. He even has an alternative energy sector. When I researched some of the authors picks some are already starting to move. The question isnt why should I buy the book the question should be why arent you buying this book, IT's GREAT.

It's nothing changed since this authors first book. He is still gambler unfortunately, and this book is all about it.
You will find insights on how author:
- Averages down in microcaps (!);
- How author acts on tips form message board hypsters saying "I know it's gambling, but sometimes it's works, so why not try"?

Well. Sometimes betting in casino works also. In casio you at least can get free drinks.

This book is GREAT! I bought the book for information on penny stocks, but it has so much more. The penny stock information is excellent. It talks about the OTCBB, the Pinks, and more! This is the only book that I have ever seen which actually gives you concrete information on when to actually buy and sell a penny stock. In addition to the penny stock info, the info on Nasdaq and AMEX is very good as well. The strategies for trading Nasdaq stocks in this book are very unique and work well. I have used them for about a month now and have been doing very well. To sum it up, I say the following: GREAT BOOK! MUST READ! If you trade penny stocks or other smallish stocks, you gotta get this book!

Not a book for advanced investor, but has some helpful hints to help protect newer investors interested in gambling in pink sheets.

This book is ok, I didn't mind the read, but it didn't necessarily expose any knowledge you cannot already get out there on the net for trading pennies. But, I would recommend the book for anyone new to the game and for anyone wanting reinforcement in the standard concepts of trading on the OTCBB and Pinks.

I read this book because I wanted to find some info about micro-cap investing to balance out my portfolio, which is inevitably weighted toward domestic large-cap stocks (actually, my best-performing funds in the last three years have been international mutual funds that have done well while the U.S. dollar lost value). Micro-caps scare me, because of issues with liquidity, company transparency, and the fear of "pump and dump" schemes. This book offers an interesting history of penny stock investing, and some advice on how to navigate its rocky shoals. If I can make any money with such strategies, I'll update this review in about a year.

Don't waste your money. This book is full of filler.
He talks about his childhood & teen years, right into adult hood.
No meat & patatoes here. WORTHLESS...I'll send you my copy for free, if you want it.

Outlines all the basics of what you need to watch out for in trading/investing in penny stocks. Trading at these low levels is quite different than trading NYSE securities. This books helps define the differences and basic strategies.
