The Little Book of Hand Shadows is exactly that--- a tiny little book, perfect for your pocket, perfect as a gift, easy to carry with you. Hand shadows are one of those wonderful activities that anyone can do with no supplies except a bit of l light! You can entertain yourself by learning all the various images, or entertain others with moving illustrations on the wall. I found this a great gift for those who are in hospital, as hand shadows are silent, easy, and yet entertaining while being non-demanding. My grandchildren love them, and it is a good way to "quiet things down", using the light from a night-light at their bedtime.
