5.0 out of 5 stars One of my all time favorite books!
I think I've only done one review in my life so far, but I felt compelled to write a review for this book after I saw that only one person reviewed it! I love this book! I'm surprised to see that not many other people have reviewed it! It is a simple, easy read, with each 'chapter' only consisting of 2-3 pages at most. 3.0 out of 5 stars Very Practical
I am using this book for a class on behavior modification. The many chapters in this book provide multiple different ways to reduce your stress level. I have found most of them to be quiet commensensical but the information is necessary when your mind feels overcluttered and overwhelmed. A great option for figuring out easy ways to reduce your stress level.

Each topic/chapter is well-written with good examples and action-items at the end for you to take (if you wish). The best part about this book is you can scan through and just pick a topic that you are having problems with, and read that topic only. However, I find that once I read one topic, I can't help but go to the next topic. I find myself going back to this book every 6 months to re-read it, just to remind myself of the little things I can do to help relieve my stress and make my life a little better. He provides actual concrete solutions and exercises rather than just ramble on about the theory behind why you're stressed. This is one of those books that I'll keep in my bookcase for years to come. If you have any bit of stress, this book is for you!

4.0 out of 5 stars Part of our Wellness Program, November 23, 2009

I am Chair of our Wellness Committee at work and use this book to include bits and pieces in our company newsletter and throughout the week to help staff understand they are not along and that stress can be handled. So far I think it is working great, I appreciate the articles are short and to the point and that allows me to highlight important points without writing a page of information. I would recommend this book, thank you.
