Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
Being in commercial real estate and a paralegal, I found this book to be a fantastic resource for understanding Triple Net Leases. The indepth descriptions written in plain English gives the reader a background knowledge without having to skip all over the book. It gives a systematic education in an industry that can be very confusing and difficult to understand. I applaud the authors for such an informative and easy to understand format!

I would recommend this book as a educational tool for commercial realtors. It is dynamic and full of facts plus examples you will not find anywhere else.

I am really impressed with the complexity of this book and the simple nature in which it is written. The authors take a somewhat complex topic and make it easily understood. I feel that I now have a much better understanding of the net lease investment market and the ability to intelligently begin investing in this property type.

I have spent the greater portion of my career in finance. However, I have never been exposed to net lease investments. This book introduced me to the asset type and how to methodically underwrite the asset. I applaud the authors for making this an easy and informative read. They seem to be true professionals.

Their book covers every aspect of the investment process, stressing the importance of the fundamentals for the beginner, while delving into more advanced topics that the experienced investor will appreciate. The best part of all this is the book's easy-to-read language; The authors take a challenging topic and phrase it in a way that is both easily understandable and interesting to read.
