About the Author

Leslea Newman is the author of over 30 books, including; Letters To Harvey Milk, and has been nominated for Lambda Literary Awards and received Poetry Fellowships from the Massachusetts Artists Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts. A native New Yorker, she lives in western Massachusetts with the Butch of her dreams.

Her literary awards include poetry fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Massachusetts Artists Foundation. Nine of her books have been Lambda Literary Award finalists. This book really captures the essence of "butch" . I laughed out loud or smiled through each and every page. It also is a great read aloud book for lovers. If you love a good butch this book will put your feelings into words, if you are a good butch you will see yourself. Just like great lesbian humor ? You will love this book.
