Plenty of helpful concepts for understanding small churches and the difficulties they face. But also plenty of helpful constructs for understanding, analyzing, loving small churches. And many fresh ideas for morale boosting.

Excellent resource for small churches,

This book is divided into easy to follow chapters. At the end of each chapter, there are questions designed to promote thought on the theme of the chapter. This is a small book and would be very useful for a church retreat, workshop, etc. There is also an extensive bibliography.
