I have a few of these "Little Book of..." sets. I just love the format; you have a picture, understandable instructions, and a glossy card to carry around easily.
I used to copy patterns to take with me instead of the large pamphlet or book, but they usually got crumpled up or torn. The size of these 'cards' (5.25"x8.25") fit easily into my purse or bag. Their glossiness and firm structure make them a lot more durable than paper.
I wish more patterns were in this format.

This is one if the better collections of portable patterns in the Little Box series. They are not too difficult for the beginner, and have enough variety to keep the more advanced interested. The patterns are beautiful.
