Ms. Maxwell has certainly pulled the curtain back with this well-crafted book about acting in Los Angeles. The book is packed with excellent interviews with reknowned casting directors, agents and acting coaches who really tell it like it is. The information has been really helpful in crafting my career and will help you too.

It's a great book; its very truthful! It steers you around many potential pitfalls that actors fall into when trying to get establed in the biz. The information in the text is also extremely practical; NO BS! It was the best book of its kind that I've ever come across.
