You could get the all-aluminum version, but it's comforting to know that this ladder (actually two ladders) is safe around electricity. This ladder will extend higher than most people are willing to climb. It's solidly built, has a wide stance for stability and can be configured to suite almost any "off the floor" project. The only downside, if you want to consider this as such, is that this baby is not light.
