Love them!,

These are great! You can stick them in your pockets or gloves and they'll really make a difference when you're out in the cold. You just have to be careful not to shake it around too much or the powder inside will come out of the baggie.

These little pocket warmers are great. I have them in my pockets for skiing and when I'm standing in the cold watching my kid's soccer games. I've slipped them in my boots and have even put them in a sock and taken them to bed when I can't seem to warm up! Very handy little portable heaters!

These things WORK! Keep them in your gloves, pockets or whatever and shake them up when they start cooling! Keeping your hands warm really helps to keep the entire body warm. These last as long as they are supposed to or LONGER, and they are easy to use. I would recommend them to everyone I know, and in fact, have given these to my coworkers!

some were luke warm and none of them get very warm at all. 8 hour, no way more like 30 minutes of tepid heat rip off!

I live in Northern BC and used these for my hands until I saw a program about back problems and how some people reduce pain using heat. I put a hand warmer in a sock, place it in my pants on my lower back, wear a long shirt so the tail of the sock doesn't show. My back pain is connected to sitting and lying down. Sitting at work and getting up in the morning are very painful times for me. The lessening of my back pain is amazing when I use heat. The hand warmers are the best, they last longer and are warmer than the foot warmers. They are also much less expensive than those heat wraps one finds in the pharmacy section for what, 10 to 15 dollars for 3. They seem to last longer when I take them out and shake them up now and then. And, the heat radiates down to my legs and feels great when taking the dog for a walk in below zero weather. I just wish I could figure out a better way to wear it.

I have circulation problems and I tuck one of these into my boots and mittens when I shovel the drive. My toes are actually warmer outside than inside.
