This review is from: Little Lulu Volume 17: The Valentine (v. 17) (Paperback)
I've read all of the Little Lulu books in this series with my 4-year old son, and we enjoy them all. However, I like the later books in the series more than the earlier -- the art is better and the characters are more developed. I found his particular book especially entertaining for the both of us.

5.0 out of 5 stars Little Itch, November 25, 2007

This review is from: Little Lulu Volume 17: The Valentine (v. 17) (Paperback)
The fun continues with boys vs. girls, Tubby's gang vs. the the West Side guys, Tubby aka The Spider vs. Lulu's pop, Lulu vs. Witch Hazel, the students vs. truant officer McNabbem, and so on. This volume is special for the story "Ol' Witch Hazel and the Birthday Party," marking the debut of Witch Hazel's niece, Little Itch.

5.0 out of 5 stars little lulu, November 17, 2007
This review is from: Little Lulu Volume 17: The Valentine (v. 17) (Paperback)
To read voulume of Little Lulu is to know what is going to happen in a all of them. This is not a bad thing. while certain stories are rewritten over and over again (lulu get revenge on the niaborhood boys only club, Lulu dad is in investgated for somthing Lulu is acused of by Tubby Lulu's male best friend, Little Alvin the naiborhood pest making Lulu tell him a story so he will behave they are differnt enough to still be a fun read.

If you have child you want to get into reading lulu is a good choice as the stories are clean and the characters are 3 dementional don't write down to anyone and are all ages

there is a reason lulu was published for over forty years I why not buy a volume and finding out I have all of them

good day
