Makes my life easier,
By
This review is from: The Best Little E-Mail Address & Password Organizer (Paperback)
I absolutely love this little book. I have one at work, and one at home and keep all of my passwords in them. I have actually bought several for our employees to use at work so they don't leave their passwords on little post-it notes on their monitor. Much better. The only suggestion I would have is to provide a few unlettered pages at the back for spillover when certain letters, such as a-c are filled up.

It is smaller and less sturdy than I expected, plus the addresses are at the front of the book and the passwords are at the back. I would have preferred to have space to write it all together. I did not put the passwords at the back of the book saving myself time and energy. It is good for when we move though.

I should have read the dimensions 'cause this book is little and slim. I think of it as a 'traveling' booklet. It's soft-covered and can fit in your purse or jacket pocket. Space is somewhat limited. Overall, if you want a handy lightweight, spacesaver booklet, this one is fine.

I don't know how they call it "The Best Little E-Mail Address & Password Organizer". All the information you need to write down is scattered in the book, takes so long for you to find the information you need and not enough pages. Not Worth a penny!

Seems like a terrible idea,
This review is from: The Best Little E-Mail Address & Password Organizer (Paperback)
Is it just me, or does anyone else think it's a TERRIBLE idea to write down all your passwords in one place and keep that book in your desk. Or worse yet, as another commenter suggested, carry it in your purse? You better keep that book VERY safe.
Who has access to your desk? At home, your children, houseguests, and in the worst of cases, a burglar.... At the office, co-workers, cleaning staff, etc. I know this is hard to accept, but you must learn to remember your passwords. If you have too many to remember, there are software-based systems such as OnePass that help you remember them, but which are, themselves, password protected. So basically you have to remember ONE password, and the software remembers the rest. You can also create an Excel file to store your passwords, and then password-protect that Excel file. That's probably slightly safer than a book on your desk. I haven't used this particular product, so I can't comment on it's quality, but please think carefully about how you're going to guard the sensitive information you put inside it.

Wonderful tool to have at my fingertips. As soon as it arrived, I immediately transferred 152 e-mail addresses into it.

I cant believe I paid 4.99 for this note pad.Not at all what I was expecting.About 6in.x4in stapled together. Save a little money and buy a note pad for $1.00. I love Amazon but this was a poor choice on my part.

Password organization at last!,

I am definitely not the most organized person around, but I love the internet. Different sites have different requirements for a password, and I don't think it's a good idea for all passwords to be the same anyway. I tried a little notebook, but besides not having a set system, I kept using it for other things, so it was a mess. I don't use the email organizer section much, but that's only because I have to email so much at work, I don't want to come home and do it. I keep this in the desk my laptop sits on, no reason to take it anywhere else, so whenever I sign up on a new website, it's handy.

I would prefer it only had places for the websites and passwords and no email address part but it is the greatest tool to save all of those passwords. It has saved me many headaches!
