Original Little Mermaid
This is way better than the Disney version - this is the original version that Disney ripped off and WAY different. I love this and I always cry at the end.

THIS IS THE DISNEY VERSION
I read the other review and was under the impression that I was ordering the japanese animation that I so loved as a child. What I got was the DISNEY version. If you are looking for the anime version - do NOT order this one.

I saw this movie in black in white when I was about ten or more. I found this movie to be very romantic, because it deals with a young girl falling in love wih someone she set her eyes on for the very first time. She would do any thing to be by his side that meant giving up her very beautiful voice so she would be able to meet that man she so loved. She loved him so much that she gave up her life of seeing her family and not being able to spend time with them as she once did. She willing and able to retain the love of that man and was willing to do anything for him that she gave up her life for him by sparing his life and died .
