I had solely bought this book for the original version of The Little Mermaid but I must say that I truly loved reading the other stories too. A few of them I had seen animated when I was younger so it was a real treat to read what they were originally supposed to be. My favorites are The Little Mermaid (it's not like the Disney version, have Kleenexs ready), The Empoeror's New Clothes and The Princess and The Pea. The other great thing about Kindle is that the price can't be beat if you love fairytales. They are all cheap if you love reading the classic fairytales! Yay!

This is such a beautiful, sad story. It changes everything you know about The Little Mermaid and the other little stories inside. It's very well-written, but also very short.
