This review is from: The Little Mermaid: Sebastian's Story (A Golden Super Shape Book) (Paperback)
We're a big fan of Disney in this house and we want to get as much as we can for our son. The Little Mermaid is a favorite and to me this was a perfect alternative to a pretty princess book for a boy.VERY papery, in case you're purchasing for a very small one. Ours was a little more used than I had expected, but it's all in the seller. That won't reflect in my rating for the book!

This review is from: The Little Mermaid: Sebastian's Story (A Golden Super Shape Book) (Paperback)
This is Walt Disney's version of "The Little Mermaid". It follows the animated movie. However, this small book is told by Sebastian the Crab's point-of-view.***** If you have readers in your family that are ready to go a step above the "beginner's" stage, then this book is just PERFECT. It has colorful pages that help bring the story to life and fire up the imagination. It would make an excellent birthday or Christmas present for young girls. ***** Reviewed by Detra Fitch of Huntress Reviews.

An Interesting Look at "The Little Mermaid",
By A Customer
This review is from: Walt Disney presents The little mermaid: Sebastian's story (A Golden super shape book)
This book is very interesting. It is a picture book story of Disney's "The Little Mermaid." It is unique among books in that is is the story told from the point of view of Sebastian the crab. The book expresses Sebastian's emotions and understandings, and is an interesting look at the Disney film. It may help kids understand that there are perspectives to events other than what they are shown in the movies.
