4.0 out of 5 stars Best Nuge Album of The 80's
Very cool groove to this album. The Title track is the best on the whole album. This is an album you wanna crank up when both windows are down and you're cruisin' the highway. The 80's saw Nuge change w/ the times, as well as many other 70's groups like KISS, COOPER, AEROSMITH, OZZY, ETC. Definantly if you buy any Nuge from the 80's album get this one...

3.0 out of 5 stars out of character but quite good
"michael waite" is dead on. This ain't the Nuge you're used to, but give it a chance and you'll dig it. I heard "little red book" back when it came out and called into the radio station asking who covered it. The DJ said Nugent and I didn't believe him. Two weeks of it running thru my head and I bought the album, and uh oh most of the other songs were stuck in my noggin...

4.0 out of 5 stars it fit`s, still rock`s, March 10, 2000

This review is from: Little Miss Dangerous (Audio CD)
I first heard little miss "D" on miami vice when they entered a strip club, and it`s stuck with me since. this music is 80`s that`s when it was made. but when you hear his version of "little red book" you will rock hard, even if it`s a remake,it`s better now, only NUGENT could pull it off......

5.0 out of 5 stars NUGENT REISSUES GET THE FULL BLUNTAL NUGITY OVERHAUL!, June 18, 2001
By
Jay Siekierski (STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. USA) - See all my reviews
With the release of the Motorcity Madman Ted Nugent new live CD Full Bluntal Nugity, Spitfire has also unleashed his 4 long lost `80s Atlantic albums for the second time on CD as part of the Spitfire Master Series. Nugent/Penetrator/Little Miss Dangerous/If You Can't Lick `Em... Lick `Em have all been given the full bluntal digital remaster overhaul. The original Atlantic CD's sounded horrible. With these new remastered CD's you get the FULL BLUNTAL NUGITY and they have some very dangerous high points now. These CD's hit the bulls eye mark. Sadly these albums when first issued did not go further than reach the Nuge army of fans and get a few new comers due to low promotion from his then label Atlantic. All 4 CD's have been updated with new liner notes on the history of each album buy Nuge & Gary Graff. Do yourself a favor and pick them up. Play these CD's loud and you will rock your brains out. You will be surprised at what you have missed the first time these albums were around.

5.0 out of 5 stars Well Worth A Listen...., April 6, 2005
This is probably one of the most overlooked of Ted's CDs....
Sure it was the 80's, big deal..it is still a pretty damn good CD...I put it up there with Free For All & Weekend Warriors as 1 of my favs. 5 of the Tracks made it to radio, thats not bad.
This CD sounds a lot different than most of Nug's stuff...but it's still well worth a listen. For me, this is the last real CD he put out.

4.0 out of 5 stars Little Miss Dangerous, January 9, 2009

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Little Miss Dangerous (Audio CD)
I first heard this album when it came out in the mid-eighties and I noticed that it was something far different that what Ted had put out there in the past.
The usual themes with the lyrics in "High Heels in Motion" and "When Your Body Talks" but the guitar work is much different than from any other Nugent album. You get some of the old licks, but I think I'm hearing the use of guitar "toys" on this one, something that Ted avoided in the past.
My favorite tune has to be "Painkiller", fast moving and fun.
This was very hard to find, It seems that this album after it's original release was swept away and concealed from the public. I'm glad I could finally find it.

2.0 out of 5 stars This album really is crap, but..., July 26, 2007

(REAL NAME)
I have been waiting for "Little Miss Dangerous" to hit iTunes just to download the title track. No surprise Ted has tried to hide this record's existence. It's an embarrassing compromise in his flailing attempt to stay commercially viable in a time when pretty hair bands were taking over from the old arena rockers. But the title tune was the focal song of maybe the greatest episode of "Miami Vice." This gorgeous chick was a psycho murderous hooker, and the Nooge's song was a perfect fit. It's a great listen. The rest is shameful.

If Ted hadn't gone all ego and broke up the band that recorded the "Ted Nugent" solo rebranding back in the mid-Seventies, I bet we would have gotten a lot more and more memorable music out of Nugent. No, Ted, I can't stand to listen to you sing. Derek was a better singer. Meat Loaf was a better singer. Don Van Vliet would have been a better singer.

But Ted is an extraordinarily talented guitarist. "Tooth Fang and Claw" and "Ted Nugent" were spectacular recordings that belong in your collection.

2.0 out of 5 stars I like it, but I don't love it, December 27, 2007
By
Little Miss Dangerous has some good Ted Nugent tunes on it. It does not however, compare to great albums like Cat Scratch Fever or Free For All. It doesn't sound like Ted singing on most of the LMD songs, is that him? Maybe the vocals are very "processed" in an 80s way. I don't know. I really like the title track, and High Heels In Motion is super catchy and rockin'. I also like Strangers and the cover of Little Red Book. I remember the vinyl of this album sounded horrible- very distorted like the levels were set too high in the recording studio and too much treble - the CD remaster has not really fixed those problems the production is still poor. All that being said, if you like Ted Nugent I do think this is worth getting, but after you have his debut, Free For All, Cat Scratch Fever, State of Shock, and maybe a couple of others.

1.0 out of 5 stars This Album is Just plain Bad, February 6, 2005
Wow, this album is terrible. Ted has really slipped since the 1970's and 1980's. Light your money on fire before you use it to buy this crap.
