I bought this doll for my 7 year old who wanted a doll that talked. We all love this doll. She is very sweet. The sound of her voice is soft not annoying & loud like a lot of other dolls. She recongnizes her voice when my daughter says it, she knows when she has her bottle, bear, or blanket in her hands and responds accordingly. She sighs, burps, and murmurs as she's falling asleep. Just a sweet little doll. I highly reccomend it!

Really cute toy... But she's a bit lazy... she knows the phrase "I'm sleepy" a little too well...

We bought this doll to present to my 2 year old daughter because she was getting ready to have a little sister. My daughter Amari named her Ari. Ari is a little older than my youngest daughter and is like part of the family. She has even made a debut on a couple family pictures. Her voice is great and she is EXTRA sweet. She makes my now 3 year old daughter very happy. I would recommend her so much that I am thinking of buying one for my now almost 1 year old daughter. They already fight over Ari now. My friends call her my grandbaby LOL...my hubby loves her too.

Its a cute doll. Took a long time to get it past learning its name, (ie. wouldn't do anything else till you did it) and then it didn't respond to its name. It also makes horrible scratching noises sometime, and will start talking after a couple of hours of being left, and you have to go find it and shut it off (one way to save batteries I guess). My granddaughter does love it though and does play with it a lot. I'm glad I bought the AA one which was so much less expensive than the white one, as this was about how much the doll was worth.

My daughter wanted a life like baby. This was the only not ugly baby which moved or talked. Every friend she has falls in love with it too. I am really glad we got her and I would've bought her sooner if I knew she existed.

This is a beautiful doll, as described...child loves her!! She does so many things but can also be shut off and played with since she never quits talking etc.

This beautiful baby doll was purchased for my 6 year daughter who insisted on a baby for xmas! She does much more than I expected!! She really acts like a real baby. My daughter loves her, she named her "flower"! I think she is worth more than I paid!

I first bought this Mommy Doll for myself, after being recommended by my sister.
I then purchased one for my girlfriend's birthday and she told me it was the best birthday present she had ever received in her entire life from anyone!
I then purchased it for another friend who lives in Atlanta, GA and she has informed me that she is head over heels in love with her Mommy Doll before she even put the batteries in!
FINALLY, I bought a spare Mommy Doll just in case anything ever happens to my Mommy Doll which I have had for over 3 years and it is just like my real baby girl and best friend! SHE GIVES ME LOTS OF LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazon.com were the only people who met my urgent demands.

I got this today via UPS, and the manufacter of it is Fisher Price. Why does it say Mattel? No where on the box does it say Mattel except on the bottom of the box (service.mattel.com) Also listed on the box in front it refers you to the fisher-price.com web-site. Yes, it is made in China(conforms to safety requirements of ASTM F963), and this doll was made in 2006.

I hope my 3 year old God daughter likes it.
