The minipop versions of this series are a must have for infants! I take these books with me to restaurants with my 11 mo. old. The books are small and easy for little fingers to hold and not too cumbersome for a restaurant table. The pop-ups delight my son even after looking at them a hundred times. Truly the best books for my money.

I bought this book in 1990 for my son. Fast forward 21 years and I ordered it for my granddaughter. I love it. I still have the original, a little worse for the wear. I decided to check Amazon and found the book. I was thrilled! Now I can enjoy this book with my grandchildren. I am overjoyed.

My mother-in-law has had a copy of this book for a long long time (for my brother-in-law who is now 30). Now my daughter gets to enjoy it every time we go for a visit. The pop-up monsters are very well made and cute, it's hard to find this kind these days.. I feel bad that my daughter tore some of the parts. She really enjoys this book.

My 2 year old loves, loves this cute book. It is very short, but interesting and creative. As of yet, he has not destroyed it, though he's explored it on his own regularly.

This author is wonderful. This is a cute and creative way to interest children in books.

I was very happy to receive the book quickly, and it was exactly as I expected, very good quality book.

I got the tiny version as a gift and read it to my baby all the time as his out and about travel book- soon it was his bedtime book and he would kiss the last monster goodnight- he thought it was so silly and funny I ended up buying the bigger version for his little brother but we still prefer the pocket edition. It is so cute and clever! Kids books are so expensive and most are just aweful and the children don't really like them but this one is definitely a keeper- I haven't yet read it to a child who didn't like it!
