Directions
Easy to use spray/dropper bottle:
To use as dropper: Hold bottle upside down and squeeze lightly.
To use as gentle sprayer: Hold bottle upright and squeeze firmly.
For Newborn/Infants: 2 to 6 drops in each nostril as often as needed or as directed by your physician
For Children and Adults: 2 to 6 sprays/drops into each nostril as often as needed or as directed by a physician.
Do not use if imprinted neck band is broken or missing. Store at 20-25° C (68-77° F). See bott

Saline drops are saline drops. Nothing special here. It does what it's supposed to. However, this is a pretty dumb design for dispensing drops to infants. As soon as you tilt the bottle, liquid starts coming out and you can never get it in that small nostril of a baby. It ends up on the cheek, near the mouth...anywhere but the nose.

This product works wonders for our little one's nose & sinuses, especially when she has a cold. When used in conjunction with the bulb we took from the hospital, and the PIGEON Baby Nose Cleaning Tweezers Pigeon (Made in Japan) we bought from Amazon, our little girl can breathe again, and we can sleep without the labored breathing and snoring. My baby doesn't even notice when we squeeze this into his nose. We use it with the Nosefrida nasal aspirator and it works miracles! It immediately loosens up the boogies, so that they can get sucked out easily. We tried sucking out his boogies without using this and it was nearly impossible!

We've had to deal with a little snot here and there, and these work pretty darn well (we got the kind with the aspirator bulb in the kit). Additionally, I think they are inexpensive. In the end, I like this paired with the Nosefrida-great combo for keeping the little guy comfortable when he's snotty.

Poor design
When your baby is fussy and her nose is plugged you want something that can quickly and accurately dispense a saline spray to loosen up boogers and or dried snot. Read more

Best on the market
I have tried other nose drops, and these are best for sensitive noses. My daughter has alergies and these are the only drops that do not irriate her nose.
