This Rainbow Trout Caviar from Little Pearl has a really fresh taste and a beautiful, saturated orangey-red that makes this caviar a gorgeous addition to any dish. It has less of the fish oil taste that I usually associate with this hue of caviar (because I'm more familiar with Salmon Caviar varieties) and it is amazing piled on a baked potato with sour cream. And for this price, I can pile :)
