My Little Pony Ponyville Teapot Palace Playset

This is actually quite a big item, and I was surprised that it only came with one pony. It seems a bit mean to me, even pinkie Pies house came with two - putting cut outs in to pad it out is a quite an odd thing to do to display. But aside from that very minor quibble, this is wonderful set.

It is quite a bit bigger again than Pinkie Pie's balloon house, but it has (again) three levels of fun, but is a whole lot more fun. There is a flashing twirling dance floor, a piano that works, it folds out, you can open it up or pack it all away, and best of all it fits in with the other ponyville stuff.

I love how they all come with their own letterboxes, and so if you buy the mail set with tinka tinka too you can have mail delivery. you can set up whole streets as there seems to be a shopping centre of sorts opening up. There are street vendors and all kinds of pony sets starting up.

Once again this is an incredibly hardwearing set. You can rely on the Ponyville stuff to be very tough, my four year old, occassionally, sits on her Balloon house and it is still unbroken!

This again has the lovely appealing colours of Ponyville house (the balloon house, the icecream parlour and the handbag boutique) They are all slightly offbeat odd shaped houses and full of lovely little extras to be discovered by the kids.

Another highly appealing, hardwearing, and versatile toy. My two young girls have played with these toys constantly over the last year, and their village is growing all the time adding complexity to their games.

This is really a nice set floor lights up plays music spins around fire place lights up I think the piano plays music also. my 7 year old loves it cute also polly pocket can hang out her as well.

My 6 year old daughter got this for her birthday and really loved it. She had picked it out online a few weeks before her birthday. She loves little ponies and the light up disco was really a hit. The ponies spin around and if you do it in a dark room it really looks neat. Any pony enthusiast would really like it. The detail in the teapot is really beautiful. She really like the mail box and the little letters that came with it. It can be easily closed up and carried by the handle from room to room.

My 4 year old daughter was so excited to receive this for XMAS. However, she only played with it for an hour or two and it hasn't been played with since. The dance floor is cool but that is pretty much all it does. The swing is not worthwhile as the pony falls off as soon as you try to swing. I also wish that it came with more than one pony. Buy this only if it is on sale or you have another Ponyville set so your child can use it to make a pony "village."

My 5 year old loves this toy. It has a lot of neat things to do, plus folds up nicely to carry around. If you buy it at Walmart, it comes with a bonus pack of 3 ponies and gum machine for the same price, but not for much longer.

UPDATE: Our 1 year old loves this toy, too. It has a few small items that we had to put away, but the little ponies themselves are big enough so as to not be a choking hazard (we keep an eye on her anyways). Our toddler loves to press the buttons to make sounds, and carries the ponies around and says "Hi" with them. Cute!

We purchased this for our 4 yr old daughter and she loves it. It is very pretty and has nice features. It plays music when you hit the piano keys, the fireplace lights up, there is a cute swing for the ponies to sit on. One of my daughter's favorite features is the mailbox and the little letters inside. She loves putting the letters in the box and pretending her pony has mail then reading them. The set closes up nicely and locks in place for easy clean up and storage. I still put the pieces in a small baggie and put it inside the toy when she is done because the accessories are very small and they will fall out of the toy when closed. I don't feel it has much educational value, except to promote imagination, which of course is very big. The only complaint I have about these sets is that they only come with one little pony character, and for a little girl that is a draw back. Then they charge a crazy amount of money for a package of 4 ponies, almost as much as one of the playsets themselves. All marketing scams, in my opinion, but it is what it is. I would also recommend patience in removing the toy from the package. We used wire cutters and scissors to remove it all from the box. We have come to know how hard it is getting these toys out of their packages and into the awaiting arms of very impatient children. Usually to save our sanity, we do this ahead of time and just put it all back in the box so when opened it is ready to be played with. All in all, we are happy with this toy and would recommend it for any little girl.

little pony teapot playset is soooo cute i couldnt resist buying this for my 3yr old g'dghtr. bright and colorful as all the ponyville toys and a perfect size. easy to close up when done playing and she had no prblm carrying it around. twirling stage and music/lights,tiny mailbox and letters just add to the enjoyment. as for educational value? ANYTHING that demands imagination is a winner in my book. however, as with all toys these days..take it apart and put it together first so when your little opens the box it's ready to go. it also comes w/only one pony which is surprising especially if, like this nana, you dont read the box first. however.. my little one didnt care at all as she has others. if not..i sugg you p/up a pack of the 'little' ponies as this toy is made for that size.

Very cute set & plastic is durable. My daughter (4) loves the dance floor & the swing. She had received the Fancy Fashions Boutique a few days before which she played with for hours, it came with more accessories and more opportunity for creative & imaginative play. She likes the Tea Pot, but uses it more as the centerpiece for her Ponyville.
I would buy it again, but look for it at Walmart with the bonus set that includes more ponies and accessories!

My 2 1/2 year old daughter loves the Teapot Palace. It comes with a little pony, table, cups, saucers, and mail in the mailbox. The tiny pieces were lost within a couple of hours of opening it. They are REALLY little. My daughter loves taking the ponies and putting them on the swing that swings or standing them on the twirling, musical & lighted stages. Make sure to switch it off of Demo mode to have the stages turn and play music, the piano play music, and the fireplace light up. She especially loves to check the mailbox and put the flag up and down for her ponies.

My niece just loved this toy. It has been her favorite Christmas gift! She is 4 years old, and is a Pony fanatic! She and her 2 year old sister play pretty rough with it, and it has held up so far. They love the music (kind of gets annoying, but kids love it!). I would recommend this toy for any little girl.
