This is a coloring/activity book that entails three classic Little Golden Book stories: The Poky Little Puppy, The Shy Little Kitten, and the Fuzzy Little Duck. I fondly remember these delightful little stories from when I was a child and how I lovingly read them to my children. I plan on sharing these with my neices and nephews and grandchildren soon, only now we can also color the stories. The coloring book has not only the stories to read and color but includes appropriate activities such as mazes and counting--perfect for learning experiences for young children! Big, bold lines and plenty of room for little fingers to color, yet delightful pictures for us adults as well! Appealing to all ages who like to color, not just preschoolers, although pictures are easy enough for the younger artists. A great all-inclusive activity!

I wanted the Poky Little Puppy book for a student of mine who is truly a Poky Little Puppy. This was even better. It had the story, plus others, and she could share it for a long time because she got to color picture by picture.
