I found this book to be a comprehensive step study tool that gave me a complete overall view andunderstanding on how to make the Program of Alcohoic Anonymous work better in my life. This little red book gave me the confidence I needed to grow and change my life in a positive way in Alcoholics anonymous. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking guidance and understanding about what the 12 & 12 of A.A. stands for and means. You can't go wrong unless you don't join a step study group that uses this particular book as its step study guide. Try it. It has the power to transform your life like nothing before!

I've used this study guide to help sponsor people and it's fantastic for getting across the main ideas from the big book in more modern terms and in a way that comes across as being more relevant to people today
