This book looked so cute online, but I was really disappointed when it arrived. The text was overly simple and not very catchy or fun. We almost didn't give it as a gift as we originally planned. Pretty disappointing overall.

I love sock monkeys, so this title caught me attention.

It counts down by 2's... 10, 8, 6, etc. so my 4 year old

was totally confused. The pictures are cute. I wouldn't

buy this again. Probably will donate this copy to the library.

This book is cute and contains very few words so it was easy enough for my two year old to sit through and enjoy. It does not contain a complicated story line like some of the other sock monkey books, it just counts down from ten, by twos. My little boy and I enjoyed counting the monkeys on each page and he's young enough that he didn't get confused by subtraction. He just enjoyed counting and seeing the monkeys in silly positions. I would recommend it as a fun, simple read for younger children.

This book was a total disappointment. I almost didn't give it to my children as a gift because I was so embarrassed that the book was so lame. There are cute pictures and that's it. Each page says the same exact thing except the numbers change as you count down, very repetitive. You count by 2's so the book is over really fast. The last page was the worst! It doesn't rhyme or make any sense, and wasn't even clever. This book was a total waste of money.

If you or someone you know is a "sock money" lover, this is a cute book to give. Appropriate for youngsters, but cute for adults as well. Does not, however, actually teach how to count if that's what you are looking for.

I gave this book at a baby shower with a sock monkey and some sock monkey booties, bibs, and onsies! It was the hit of the shower! Cute, cute, cute!

My two grandaughters love this book. It is a great addition to my sock monkey collection.

It arrived promptly and was a great price for a "like new" children's book.

I'll certainly order again.

10 Little Sock Monkeys perfect companion to the Original Sock Monkey. This is a great gift for a baby. The book is short and the images are bright and fun.

I bought the sock money and wagon to go along with this book for my 3 yr olds xmas present. He thought it was so fun to have his sock monkey and read a book about him too.
