Big Cheers for Little Soy,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Little Soy Book (Paperback)
There's lots of information packed into this handy little book. It's organized nicely and easy to read. As someone who wanted to include more soy in my diet, I found Dillman's suggestions and information helpful. The recipes are yummy....the Tofu and Broccoli with Black Bean sauce has become a favorite in our house.

Soy ROCKS,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Little Soy Book (Paperback)
I'm not a vegetarian, but I've discovered the joy of soy and I've given this book as a gift to several friends. I love the info on health benefits of soy, the many soy products, and how to cook with soy. There's great recipes and also great tips on prepared soy-based foods that are surprisingly delicious. I still eat meat but there are some great soy-based meat alternatives that are good for you and taste great. And chocolate soy milk is the best. I recommend this book to anyone for him/herself or for a gift. Great stocking stuffer.

Soy information for everyone,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Little Soy Book (Paperback)
This is a great book for everyone: those wondering about soy to those who already incorporate soy in their diets. It is a quick read and includes useful details on:The health benefits of soy (The book reviews and makes sense of the medical and scientific reasearch on soy). The many different kinds of soy products (what they are, how they're made, how to use them) Cooking with soy. (The book includes a section of tasty recipes that include soy products. This is a very useful way to try out the different soy products to see which you like or to give you new ideas for using soy products that you already enjoy). Unlike other books and cookbooks on soy, The Little Soy Book mentions specific brands of soy products that the author likes. As someone who alread eats soy products, I got a number of ideas for new products from this book. (I'm going to be looking for the Lightlife Lean Links italian sausage). As with Erika Dillman's other "Little Books" (the Little Yoga Book and the Little Foot care book) I've used this book as a nice gift for friends and family. It's cute, it's easy to read, and it might just improve their health.
