These chairs have no center of gravity. If your child sits on the edge, the chair flips out from under neither them. The chair flew out from under neith my 21 month old and he hit his head on it as he fell.

The table is not flat so you cannot put anything on it without having it roll right off. It is not good for any sort of arts & crafts whatsoever and the chairs are useless! I ended up having to buy another table, there is a reason it is so cheap!

I bought this table set for my son because it was inexpensive and I did not want to spend a lot of money for something that was sure to get paint and glue all over it. From day one it was a big dissapointment. The chairs are very easily tipped over, he can not even sit on the chair if I am not holding it or the chair would fall over. The tabe is not made well as it is easy for things to slide off the surface. It seems to be slightly raised in the middle. I am now online shopping for a new one. So instead of paying 100 dollars the first time around, I am now spending the 30 dollars already spend and an additional 100 for the new table

My daughter can't get on these chairs by herself because they slide out from under her. I thought it was because the chairs were on hardwood floors. So, I moved them to the carpet and instead of sliding out from under her, they just fall over the second she touches them. She got them for her birthday in January and they are going in the yard sale next weekend. Don't waste your money!

Out of the box we noticed the table top was warped. When you push on one side of it the other pops up. Definately not suitable for crafts or play. Returned it that night!

I'm having a really hard time figuring out what makes these chairs (apparently) so hard to operate for some children. We bought this table set for my son when he was 18 months old, and not once have we had any disasters result from the use of it. The chairs are perfectly sized for the recommended age, and my son has no problem using them (they are chairs for heavens sake). The table has a perfectly surface. The set is easy to clean, I can easily scrub crayon and washable marker off with baby wipes.

If your child if proficient in chair use, go ahead and order.

We almost didn't buy this because of negative reviews. I think maybe people are using it with children that are a little young and their legs aren't long enough yet. Our little one is 23 months and he loves it. He sits in the chair to watch Caillou and eat snacks. It's also great for coloring at. He has even put hisa blanket over it and sits under it calling it his "tent". We love it and are actually getting one for our nephew for his 2nd birthday.

my one year old has little problem sitting in the chairs and using the table with me and on his own. the chairs are a little wobbly for him, but he is only one. it is easy to clean, looks nice in the living room, and baby really likes it.

I bought this table and chairs for my 2 year old grandson and he loves it. We play with his play dough on it and it wipes up very clean. He likes to sit at it and drink or eat.

We've had our table and chair set for about two years now and we've never had any problems with it. Our daughter loves to sit at it and color or eat her snack, and the chairs are light enough that she can pick them up and carry them away from the table to sit somewhere else; she loves doing this and I think it makes her feel more independant. We've never had a problem with the chairs tipping over. Our table is very easy to clean and still looks great, plus it's small enough to be used out on our balcony, which our daughter loves to do. I'd recommend this table set to anyone.
