Our children and all the other children who enjoy our great big water ball LOVE IT! I'm surprised by the negative reviews. To those who are having trouble with the ball filling with water, please make sure you understand the instructions. There are 2 ways to use it. You can insert water into a special pouch in the ball to keep it in one spot OR use it as a sprinkler ball as we do. We do not fill ours with water, though we did try it out once and had no trouble emptying the pouch. The ball itself is not supposed to fill with water when used in sprinkler mode. We have had it for 3 years and use it all spring and summer. Children (toddlers up to 9 and over 60 lbs!) roll it, roll onto it, and it handles it all.

I teach preschool children with special needs and bought this ball for our water play day. It was fun, for about 5 minutes. Then we noticed that the ball started to fill with water, and the sprinkler stopped working. We couldn't get the water to come out. So much for that. I spend lots of money each year on my students, and when I see something I like from a brand like LIttle Tykes, I assume its going to be good. Well, looks like I'm going to have to check reviews now, because Little Tykes is not the company I thought it was.

I was hoping this was going to be a hit but the kids didn't care for it. Also it never moved around like it was supposed to. We ended up tossing it out. Regular sprinkler was more fun for the kids.

I purchased this for my 6 & 4 year olds to play with.... we followed product instructions, but after only 15 minutes of play, the ball stopped spraying, and began to fill with water.... my husband was afraid it would burst and hurt the children! I contacted Little Tykes and got NO response! Don't WASTE your money!

This is a pretty neat toy, don't spend more than 15 dollars on it though. I have seen it for over 40. I got an awesome deal for 12.99.

This is cute, and a good price. My son dragged it on the lawn and it ripped on a toy. I guess it's to be expected....could be patched up easy enough. Doesn't roll around the way it is in description. It is attached to your hose, so it only goes so far. My kids ran and jumped in our other sprinkler more. But, still a good time on a hot day.

My Daughter got this for her 3rd birthday. The kids loved it and had a lot of fun during the party!

I'm surprised by all of the negative reviews. We bought this sprinkler ball for our 20-month-old son and he's having a blast with it! It is new, but is working properly and seems quite durable. Plus it's one of the less expensive water toys out there! Cheap fun in the sun as opposed to the $200 slide/climber that took 2 hours to set up and that he spent 5 minutes playing on. We're still hoping he'll grow into that one!!!

We purchased this sprinkler because we were having a bbq where there would be a bunch of toddlers. It held up for hours of use and all the kids loved it. Almost every other parent was asking me where I got it because they wanted to get their own!

I run a daycare out of my home and wanted a way for my daycare children to be able to cool off for the summer. This water ball is awesome! It is much more attractive than a plain old sprinkler and the children absolutely love it! So far it has held up well. It has been a great investment and the children are having a great time with it.
