This is a great toy and has been one of my son's favorites since his grannie bought it for him months ago. He's nearly 8 months now and has figured out how to make the music go on himself! It has been brilliant for stopping the tears!! Works every time!

The songs are not your usual nursery rhyme songs... I swear one of them is a song by Pink--- so I don't find myself humming twinkle twinkle little star to myself all day long! It's not overly loud and I don't mind listening to it over and over again. (I think there's five or six songs it goes through.) There is of course an off switch as well if you find it gets too much.

It's quite durable as well... my son has thrown it down from his highchair onto a wooden floor and I think the floor was hurt more than the toy!

There are so many toys out there for children it's hard to sort through them all, but this is a definite winner in my book!

I didn't think much of this toy when my son received it as a gift many months ago. He reached 11 months and it has become his favorite toy. He also learned how to press the button to make the music play and it works wonders as a distraction when he fusses at dinner time. I highly recommend this item. I think my aunt bought it at Kohls and paid much less.

I went Christmas shopping with my 6 month old son just before Christmas, and he picked out this toy. He played with it at the store, and still enjoys playing with it two years later. There are several different songs, so you don't have to listen to the same thing over and over. This is a great toy!

I personally don't like the looks of this toy--to plastic and ugly. My son loves the thing, though, and the songs it plays aren't too annoying. They are actually kind of funny--a very 80's pop song, a western song, a big band song, and some others.

My only complaint is that the sticker on the roller at the bottom is peeling off.

I gave it high ratings on every level. I am, however rating it's value on an African Grey Parrot. My Parrot is about 40 something years old and the typical bird toys are disappointing in their structure and their lasting interest. So... I decided to go with what I bought my kids. Have always loved "Little Tikes" and now I can love them again!

My twins love this toy and I love it as well. It was given to us by family members who have 2 little boys older than my twins. That alone should account for its durability! Its been through 4 small children already! My boys love the music (and me as well) since it plays actual songs from the 80's and 90's and not your usual lullabye songs. Its a nice change!!! The colors are appealing to the eye and as soon as my twins see it their little eyes will light up! My twins are 6 months old at this point and not able to push the buttons yet, but I am sure when they are able this toy will be a hit all over again! I would highly recommend this product!

Someone gave this to our little girl and we made it our standard first birthday present. Not only do kids like it, but adults find the tunes catchy too. And they only last a few seconds - enough for the family to do a quick dance, but your kids won't wear you out.,

I never would have guessed this toy would be such a winner with my 1 year old, but she loves it. She can push the top button very easily, and she does so over and over to make the sound come on. The music is nice, not too annoying. My 4 year old also loves it and we have to remind her who's toy it is - the 1 year old's. You won't be disappointed.

This was purchased as one of a few first toys for a first Christmas. Our little grandson has been experimenting with different sounds, soooooo I thought that he could use this as a personal back drop. I played with it when it first came before I wrapped it...really fun sounds. It also appears to be durable enough to be carried/pushed around with his other toys.

I love this toy! My best friend has this toy for her daughter. She was staying with me for several months and this toy was her daughter's favorite. I think the best thing about it is the fact that the child does not have the ability to restart a song, it's simply not possible. Once the child starts pressing the button (several times usually) one of I think 5 songs will play once through. The songs rotate in the same order, so you won't hear the same song twice in a row. None of the songs have words, and the melodies are generally pleasant to hear. Some of them even remind me of the background to a song you might hear on the radio. I'm so happy it's none of those tinny kid tunes that play. I've heard her play with the same toy for hours on end and it's never bugged me. This toy is simply not annoying like other musical toys are. I say it's a must have! I'm buying one for my child (she is yet unborn).
