We received this item as a gift. It took about 20 minutes to assemble, with no tools required. (I did use a shoe to pound the wheel axle in though :-) There were a lot of stickers included, so I had the kids decorate the apparatus as I assembled it, and everyone was happy.

There are five height adjustments but even the lowest is 5 feet, so this set is a little too tall for the recommended three-year old; however, it does fold up nicely to reduce its impact on your space, it does move around easily using the wheels, and you can fill the bottom with sand or water to stabilize it. With the exception of the axle for the wheels, all parts are plastic and colorful. This is a very nice basketball hoop (though as I said, a bit tall for the lower recommended age), and one small basketball is included. Easy to put together, easy to enjoy and easy to store.

This is a great hoop when your child grows out of the smaller, 4 feet high net, and is still not ready for a true NBA height net. It is very durable, and portable!

i bought this toy for my little 3 year old brothers birthday, he loves it. he likes how i can play him one on one and not have to keep score in our head or on paper. this is great and he learned a lot about basketball.

I found that this product was very well built and manufactured. It was everythign i wanted it to be. The adjustable rim for different kind of play, the score keeper, and the wheels. The stickers were cool too. Since I have gotten it there hasn't been one day I haven't had fun with it. The only problem that I had encountered it that the "break-away" rim folded a couple times besides that it has been great for me and all who plays it.

I bought this to use at a school where I teach kindergarten. I expected it to be better constructed. Although the assembly took a little effort, it wasn't THAT hard. What irks me is how difficult it is to move it from the yard to the storage area. It moves well on the wheels - I grab the hoop and pull it behind me - but typically the flimsy brace that holds the adjustable post pops out when I pass over a threshold. Then both the telescoping post and the triangular brace behind it are disengaged and the contraption starts collapsing. Worse is the fact that if the children push on the post even relatively lightly, the simple "snap in" joint pops out, and the post falls down! It has collapsed several times - the only thing preventing it from falling on children is a plastic screw, which has threads stripping from this action. When that screw finally breaks the entire device will be useless. Really disappointing - wish I had bought a cheaper and simpler basketball hoop set. Will be inconvenienced by having to return this one!

We purchased this product 3-4 years ago for our 3 year old son. He will soon be 7 and still plays with this regularly as it is adjustable to keep him interested. On top of that it is durable enough that it has lasted this long. It has survived many things including a move and remains in the same condition as the day we put it together. He looks to be promoted to a regular size hoop in the next year, but this has kept his interest for many hours.

I love this hoop with all of its amazing features. stickers with all shapes and sizes make this the best present i have ever gotten. the wheel, awww, the wheels make this amazing. it is just so easy to transport to all my friends houses. the hoop raises. one yime time i made a hundred dunks in a row, and my mom gave me 2 dollars because she so happy. this is the best hoop in the world. the ball is orange just like my favorite player chris dudley. he make my eyes light up. it feel like i'm him when i'm playing down in the basement. over all this toy proved to be very efficient in my basketball education.
