I got this cart for my 2-year old daughter and she loves it! Even better, my 5-year old son loves it even more :) Was a bit of a pain to put together (requires screws) and not the best quality overall (made in China like most toys nowdays) but is super cute and durable. Good value.

My daughter is a busy bee. This fits the bill for pretend play, getting her wiggles out, and sorting/counting in and out of the buggy. The only reason why I spent 30 bucks on a cart was b/c the cheaper ones out there are flimsy, short, and in the long run just wouldn't last. This is at 19 months a good height, and I'm sure at 4 and 5 years it will still be practical.

I chose this cart after reading all of the great reviews. My son loves it, but it is very tipsy and he knocks it over a lot. He doesn't fall while pushing it, but if he brushes past it or pushes the side, it falls over immediately. He also does pop-wheelies with it very easily even when it is full of food. It is also not the sturdiest (just pretty cheap plastic) and seems like it could fall apart eventually. I am not sure if there is a better one out there that is not ridiculously priced, but don't get it if your little one is not the sturdiest walker, because I think it would cause them to fall.

What a great cart, after reading review after review I finally broke down and bought this one and I am so happy I did. She can stuff this cart full and it will not tip. We even took it grocery shopping and it held several cans and boxes of food she found and thought we may buy!! Definitely worth the few extra bucks to get something that will last and last by far!

I ordered the blue/white one and the box said Made in USA. Really? I didn't look any further though.

Put this together myself in 10 minutes. It feels very solid and sturdy (requires a hammer). My kid keeps pushing it into walls. He's only 20 months, but I can't wait till he's old enough to pretend shop, we're going to buy pretend groceries and play the heck out of this thing. Next to buy is a cash register!

Don't know how educational this is, or how durable it is as we only got it today. I'll update after we've had it for a while.

This was a Christmas present and a huge hit for our 16 month old. He is having a great time pushing his bear around. He walks around picking stuff up and putting it in the basket. Sadly, we bought this at Toys R Us and paid almost double Amazon's asking price. We found it very easy to put together. As for quality, we found it to be solid and stable as most Little Tykes products are. Someone described it as 'flimsy' but I can't agree with that at all. Boy or girl, this is prefect for a young child. An older child, say 5+ might not enjoy it, as it's not a 'tall' toy. Our 16 month old is big for his age, and it's almost a perfect fit, so a taller child would really have to bend over. I like the design as it makes it more stable and less likely to tip over. I'm glad we went with this and not the comparable 'metal' design that's out. Absolutely recommend for a 1 to 4 year old.

I bought this because when I took my granddaughter to a play center the first thing that she went for was this shopping cart. A friend tells me that she bought one years ago when her grandchild was a toddler and they still play with it at age 11. You gotta love a toy with that much staying power.
The cart was easy to assemble and is durable.

Just a note that the cart I received was white with a blue basket, not yellow with red basket like the photo. The box it came in has a blue/white photo on it so at least it's consistent with the packaging you receive. It's too close to Christmas to send back and it's for a boy, so I guess it's OK.

There's nothing in the article description that guarantees you'll get what's in the photo, but there's also nothing that says colors will vary.

I'm not sure what you can do before you order to confirm the color of the buggy/basket but just wanted folks to know about my experience.

This has been my daughter's go to toy for over a year now. She show no signs of slowing down with it and is now 6 1/2! Well made and indestructible.
