We bought this for our daughter for her 2nd birthday last summer. She used it for half of July and part of Aug. She used it for a half hour this summer and the seam near the bottom of the slide frayed and a hole developed. Little Tikes is not honoring their very deceptive warranty and will not replace their defective product. They offered for us to BUY a patch kit or BUY shoo goo to TRY to fix the problem as though the $350 we already spent on something that broke after 10-15 times of use was not enough for us to shell out. We will NOT purchase products from Little Tikes again as they have no integrity and do not stand behind their product.

I bought the single slide through amazon. I only had it for three weeks and used about 4 times. My children are 9, 3 and 1 year old. It had two holes by the seam underneath it. However, Amazon took it back. I am surprised that an item that costs so much money would be defective and last less than a $20 dollar toy?

We bought this water slide for our son's 7th birthday + birthday party. We had 6 1st and 2nd graders on it for over an hour and it held up great at the party! I policed the slide to make sure no more than 2 kids were ever on the inflatable section at the same time. We also bought a tarp to put underneath it, and am so glad we did. Between the tarp and the wading pool, virtually no grass gets inside the pool. I set it up today in the 100-degree heat by myself (37-year-old female) and had a wonderful time splashing in the pool with my boys. I even put on my suit and sat in the wading pool with them. Highly recommend! Planning to get supersized Rubbermaid container to store it so that we don't need to wrestle with the small storage bag that is included.
